Background[]
An unlucky bystander, Buckler happened to find himself smack bang in the middle of a fight between the GHEIST and the Bangers and only just managed to get away. Treated by the Rescue clan, he was able to admire their work, devotion and courage at close hand and as a result has decided to join them, even before fully recovering. It’s just as well the Rescue clan does a good line in plaster casts!

- His name could be taken from a shield called a Buckler that could also be used as a weapon (much like the casts in his last form.)
- The casts in his final level are somewhat similar to Spyke's in his later levels.
