Advantages:
- His power is 8, which is good for a 4*.
- His ability gives you an extra two life after every round if you win with him.
- The maximum for his ability is 13, which is above the normal life gauge.
- The clan bonus gives him an extra 2 power, increasing his power to 10.
- He is an excellent card to use in ELO.
Disadvantages:
- His damage is 3, which is low for a 4*.
- His main weakness are cards like Yookie and Yayoi Cr, who not only reduce his damage, but also cancel out his ability.
- He is also weak to cards like Fei and Spyke who reduce his power tremendously.
- He is a 4*, so he takes up room in your deck.
- He has competition from the other 4* in Ulu Watu.

- This is the first card in Urban Rivals to have a heal maximum over 12.
- He is based off of Eddie Aikau, a famous life guard in Hawaii who not only saved many lives, but also won many surfing contests that he participated in.
- According to Vanoxymore, Eddie was originally supposed to be a member of Nightmare where the board was cursed and gradually turned him into a zombie-like monster.
- The shark he surfs on in his final level could be either a bull shark or a great white shark.
- In his CR announcement, Eddie decided to head to the Melkozu Islands to find Tanaereva Cr.
