The Red One Motel is the base of the Berzerk clan. Before the Xantiax Gas hit the place, it was a normal motel with a strange room (Room 13) that was kept as a secret. There is even a special sound-proofed basement for Lizzy and her band to practice in.
Recently, the west wing of the motel was destroyed by Granny May when the knitting needles that kept her docile suddenly broke.
In Konrad's and Granny May's profiles, it is implied that it is a common dumping ground for people to abandon the elderly.
In Bruno, Hercule, and Jonattan's profiles, it is implied that the motel is at least the cheapest motel in Clint City, as well as the last place to book rooms when an event takes place.
In Tonthorn's bio it was revealed that in a room in the Motel some Xantiax bottles were stored, although unclear if those were the ones carried by Chang there or if they have been there all the time since the first time Xantiax was released on the Motel.
